This offering reflects a selection of the music Clair and the band have been presenting at live kirtan's for a number of years. It is "make you want to get up on your feet and dance" music. The band includes Clair's son, Brooklyn based musician, Elijah Tucker, on percussion and harmony vocals.

This CD includes a Beginning and Ending Guided Awareness followed by a 20 minute Ujjayi Pranayama ( yogic breathing) practice - with full instructions, as practiced in Svaroopa® Yoga classes; and a half hour of soothing instrumental music composed and recorded by Clair to do your own asana (yoga pose) or meditation practice with.
